Candidates: You can build professional resumes, apply for jobs, and receive AI-driven job recommendations.

Employers: You may post job listings and manage applicants. Please ensure all postings are genuine and not misleading.

3. Your Content & Rights

You retain ownership of your data, including resumes and job posts. By uploading content, you grant us permission to process and display it within the platform. We do not sell your data or use it outside Udemere without your consent.

4. Platform Rules

Users must not post illegal content, impersonate others, or abuse the system.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these rules.

5. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide a reliable platform, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free at all times. We connect users but do not control job outcomes or employer decisions.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may also terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

7. Legal

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
